Fantasy Cricket

The Caldy Cricket Club Fantasy Cricket Season starts on the 7th of May 2010 and is open for entry now. Lead your team to glory and cement your place in history! There will also be some fantastic prizes on offer for those not content with glory and bragging rights.

For those players concerned about their supposedly low values or player type please be aware that these have been assigned through a rigorous process of statistical analysis with relatively few alterations made for comedy value. For those unhappy with their player values, mentioning no names, we suggest you buck up your ideas and attend net sessions. Any club players who have yet to play at Senior level will be added during the season and assigned a transfer value once they have played their first game.

The season will end on the 19th of September and teams can be entered until the 14th of May.

Unlimited transfers are available until 12pm on the 8th of May after which up to 2 transfers will be allowed every week. Transfer windows will open on Monday after the weekends fixtures and close the following Friday.

Each manager must pay £5.00 for every team they enter.

Each team must consist of:

5 Batsmen,

4 Bowlers,

1 All Rounder and

1 Wicketkeeper

The total cost of a team must not exceed £20.00 mil

Each team must select captain who scores 2x the points of a normal player.

The maximum value of a captain is £10.00 mil.

Duck	-10 points
Bowling
Wicket	15 points
5 Wickets	20 points
50 Runs Without a Wicket	-10 points
Fielding
Catch	10 points
Run Out	10 points
Stumping	10 points
3 Victims (Catches Run Outs Stumpings)	20 points
